Kerala is the land of spices and exotic food. With vegetables and fruits grown in proper groves and fish fresh from the waters, it has to offer healthy food at all times. Kerala cuisine is known all over for it’s delicious taste and the way of it is served.

Typically, the food in Kerala is served on a banana leaf. The meal consists of rice and over 14 vegetable delicacies. All of this followed by a sweet dessert made of rice and milk, called ‘payasam’.
