Cochin - Munnar - Periyar - Kumarakom – Allepey – Kovalam

Beautiful Kerala Tour starts from Cochin. Guests will be escorted from Cochin International Airport to Brunton Boatyard hotel where they will check in for the night.

On the second day experience the unique fusion of vibrancy and lethargy of the city with a guided sight seeing tour. The guests are taken to Dutch Palace, Jewish synagogue, St.Francis Church, Hill Palace Museum, Bolghatty Palace, Wellington islands, Kerala History Museum and Santa Cruz Basilica. In the evening enjoy a mesmerizing Kathakali performance. Retire to the hotel for the night.

The next stop is the paradise personified town of Munnar. On arrival check into the hotel, the guests can then take a stroll along misty tea plantations and rainforests.

The guest can visit the tea estates and understand the various phases involved in its manufacture. Munnar is the epitome of serenity and guests can laze around in its tranquil greenery and pristine valleys. Munnar has several places of interests like Top station, Echo point and Indo Swiss dairy farm. Top Station offers splendid views of the quaint cottages and picture perfect towns below. Guests can also visit the old church. The church takes people back in time with its quaint rosewood benches, antique chandeliers and stunning stained glasswork. The pale stillness that entombs the church will calm the most distressed of souls.Munnar has several gently sloping hills where guest can go trekking. Guests spend the night at the hotel.

On the fifth day the guests set out for Periyar.After checking in at the hotel the guests will be served lunch. After which the guests can visit the local hamlets and fishing village where they can observe locals collecting honey. The unhurried life that these people lead astonishes people caught in the mad frenzy of urban life.

Early next morning set out for a tour of Periayr Wildlife Sanctuary. The sanctuary is a haven for endangered wildlife. At the heart of the sanctuary is a tranquil lake which gives the visitors a chance to see wildlife at close quarters in the safety of a boat. A mingle of fear and excitement that seizes the heart at seeing a wild animal so close is to die for. Guests can later unwind with a boat ride in the Periyar Lake and retire at the hotel for the night.

The next stop is the picturesque town of Kumrakom.On arrival the guests are checked into a backwater resort. After lunch, guests are taken on a luxurious house boat cruise to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Guests can spend the night in the house boat with the drowsy lullaby of the waves caressing the starboard.

Lounge the day amidst lush greenery and serene backwaters and retire at the resort for the night. Here ends the 8th day of Beautiful Kerala Tour.

Guests are treated to an unforgettable house boat river cruise across the backwater. Guests can laze around as they glimpse fleeting images of palm fringed canals, quaint fishing villages and endless greenery. The house boat reaches Allepey the next day morning.

On arrival in Allepey the guests are driven to Kovalam. Guests are checked in at a beach resort and spend the rest of the day lounging around in the beach. Guests spend the night at the resort.

On the 11th day of Kerala adventure tour, guests are pampered with an ayurvedic massage. Rest of the day can be spend at the beach or exploring the charming countryside..

One can lounge the entire day in the golden beaches .The guests can also visit the fishing villages and micro enterprises such as jewelry makin, embroidery etc. The guests spend the night at the resort.

Adventure Kerala Tour ends on the thirteenth day and the guests depart for the airport.
