architecture of the resort is such that it imitates the
jungle around it. The cottages are made of brick and split
bamboo and have elephant-grass design. Solar panels
provide running hot water and the amenities in the
bathroom are all modern. Each cottage in the Hotel Spice
Village has a verandah running all around the cottage and
each cottage is set in its own land. Hotel Spice Village
has an exclusive Ayurvedic clinic that provides Pizichil,
Dhara and many other therapies to its guests.

There is a buffet restaurant overlooking the swimming
pool inside the Hotel Spice Village that
provides traditional Indian as well as international
cuisines. There is an amiable atmosphere in each of Hotel
Spice Village’s three dining areas. There is a dining
area with rustic wooden tables in the proper dining hall.
Guests can also pile up their plate and go sit in the
verandah or sit by the swimming pool watching the
kingfishers.
There is also the historic Tiffin Room where snacks are
served all through the day.
